Mannings receive college credit for tattooing, piercing

Mike and Kay Manning, of Choice Tattoos^®, LLC, Wauzeka, have each been awarded college certificates in tattooing and body piercing from North Central Technical College in Wausau.

Mike says that even though the course was not mandatory by the state of Wisconsin, “Anytime you can further your knowledge, it's a good thing! Education is something no one can ever take from you.”
